i spent about two hours in the club-- and i was hoping for reggae music but it was soca and hip hop-- that not the worst of it-- the crowd too young which causes problems - there was a fight between some girls and the bouncers did not handle it right - one bouncer assaulted one of the girls as he was trying to get her out of the club-then i tried to get out of the club and they would not let me and then one of the bouncers pushed me cause i was in his way-- however i pushed him back and told him never to disrespect another woman again-- that was the worst club -- i just wanted to dance all night to reggae music this was a horror night

Don't come to Imperial Ever! Worst Reggae/Hip-hop club in NYC! The absolute f*cking worst! I came with some of my peops, and tell me how we had to wait TWO HOURS on line from 11:00 to 1:00 a.m. in the freezing cold and had to pay $25.00 each! Meanwhile, you see mad people going in that weren't even on line being walked in by so called promoters. Go somewhere else! Imperial is garbage!

Very young crowd. Its always packed, but its extremely hot and i dont believe theres too many people over 23 on a saturday night. The music is good though. Just remember its a sweatbox!

I heard about this place through some friends of mine. I didn't like the waiting on the long line, but me and my friends had fun. The music was good! It should strictly be all Reggae. Im a little bias against hip hop. Lol! It was good though. So I most definitely recommend Colors for people looking for A Reggae Spot in Manhattan on Saturdays.

I came with 6 of my girls and we had a ball!! It was my first time there. The line was a little long, but we managed to get in b4 12 free. They limit what you can get for free, but don't all clubs do that?I liked the music and I think DJ Kevin Crown is mad sexy! He play the right kinda reggae I like. This is good spot. Cute guys in there too. Me and my girls will be back!!
