Shattuck's in Berkeley has a much better party on Sunday. The DJ at Shattucks isn't all that, but the music is danceable, and the women are plentiful Unlike this spot. I left after 20 minutes and went to Shattuck's

Sep and Dub Mission have introduced me to the changing space of dub music... showing that riddims touch every side of electronic music and bring a bit back home to roots culture... Dub Mission is the best weekly in SF - dub or otherwise...

I'd give it a zero if i had the option... i was really disapointed by the scene or lack there of at this event... i've been better and more fun reggae nights in chico... it's a total waste of money, i have so much better music on my ipod than this dj has in his collection, and he's getting paid... lame... i'm never going back to this place, especially for reggae on sunday... stay home, get some rest, watch tv, anything is better than this... no girls and loaded w/ baldheads... what a fucking waste...

I HATE THIS PLACE! Now, I have checked out every reggae club in the bay area and am a constant regular on the reggae scene... so please do not ignore my warning. The music turned to drum and bass! ALL NIGHT. Dont waste your seven bucks.

Dub Mission is THE beacon of Dub and dub culture in America. I've been going to DM since it's inception over 12 years ago and am immensely thankful for everything it has given me.Yes! DJ Sep continually pushes the dub and roots genre envelope!

For reggae, dub, roots classics and amazing live shows, Dub Mission is the spot to check. It's by far one of my favorite SF events. Dub Mission's longevity and popularity are a result of it's musical quality and consistency. They've done some of the most unique and one-of-a-kind cutting edge live and DJ shows, featuring acts no-one else has brought to SF. Long-live DM!

It doesn't get better than this. Over a dozen years, DJ Sep and crew have built a forward-thinking dub institution--really, a Dub University--for the San Francisco massive, and its popularity just keeps growing. Features regular guest appearances by national and global dub artists. Highly recommended.
